Here's a card for Amy's Friday Sketch that's posted on her blog as well as the ATS blog. I actually got this color scheme from some ribbon that I bought and really wanted to use so I went with green and orange (I LOVE this color combo, it's so retro). Anyway, I ended up not using the ribbon which is kinda funny.
I stamped the paper first using Big Ol' Backgrounds - Stripes in green, then flipped the paper sideways and stamped it again in orange to make plaid background paper. I messed up a little bit on the orange stamping but I'm not gonna worry about it :) Lucky and his presents are colored with PrismaColor pencils and blended with a blending pencil. I made polka-dots on the orange paper using an orange marker after I had made the whole card because I forgot to stamp the paper using the Big Ol' Background - Polka Dots before I attached it. The scallops are made using the scallop blade on my Fiskars Rotary Cutter. Enjoy!
Here's the sketch-
