Chocolatey Goodness...

So, I've been on a baking binge lately.  Today I made these and they turned out so yummy!  For some reason, though, I decided to make a double batch and now I have 60 cookies left!  Thankfully, my friend Jenny lives down the street and she's always up for some baked goods.  I called her today to see if she wanted some and she said, "Heck, yeah! The Biggest Loser finale is on tonight so you know I gotta eat some during it!" Haha.  Keep in mind, Jenny is the teeniest, skinniest little thing.   

Chocolate Toffee Trifle Recipe

I got a couple of requests for the recipe for the trifle that I showed a few posts below.  Now, I don't really use recipes, I mostly just make stuff up as I go along but I did find a version of this trifle on-line so I've provided the link.  Basically, a trifle is just layers of cake (or brownies), pudding, whatever other filling you want (fruit, cookies, crushed candy bar) and cool whip.  My other favorite one to make is yellow cake layered with vanilla pudding, chopped strawberries and chopped fresh pinepple - yum! 

Chocolate Toffee Trifle (BTW, this recipe says to use two boxes of pudding mix but I have found that one box is plenty!)
